In order to join the Pedal Jungle Loyalty Points Program, just click "Create a store account", and once your account is created, you can begin to earn points!

You will earn points every time you purchase anything on our store, starting with 2 points per £1 spent, up to 5 points per £1 spent on our top loyalty tier!

You can also earn points by completing various actions listed in rewards tab, such as following us on Instagram and Facebook, signing up to our mailing list, entering your birthday, writing product reviews and for referring friends to purchase from us.

You can redeem points for vouchers to use on our site. We have vouchers from £5 to £100. Once your points have reached a redeemable value, you can simply redeem those points in exchange for a voucher code to then use at checkout - except points CANNOT be redeemed for any VAULT package releases as these have strict pricing rules

500 points are worth £5, 1000 points are worth £10 and so on. See your account section 'Rewards' tab for the full info.

Points are worth a 1p discount for every point you redeem. For example, if you have 500 points, you could redeem them for a £5 voucher towards any purchase.

You can earn points for every £1 spent on the store. The starting tier will give you 2 points per £1, while the top tier can earn you 5 points per £1 spent!

Basically, we offer higher 'Tour Tiers' that you can reach in your Loyalty Points program the more you spend with us. Each next tier offers you more benefits and rewards, such as more points per purchase, and more points on your birthday and via reviews etc.

We have 4 loyalty points tour tiers, based on playing larger venues on tour!

1) Pub Tour is the lowest tier for all, no spend is needed.

2) Concert Hall Tour Tier: This is reached when £500 or more is spent on our store.

3) Arena Tour Tier: This is reached when £1000 or more is spent on our store.

4) Stadium Tour Tier: This is reached when £1500 or more is spent on our store.

Each tier offers more benefits and rewards than the last.

Once you create an account and join the Pedal Jungle Loyalty Points program, you will also be able to refer a friend and earn points for a purchase they make.

You will find your unique referral URL link to our store on your 'Rewards' page, and for every unique referral who buys from Pedal Jungle using that referral link, you will receive 500x points for every £50 they spend.

Your referral friend also receive a £5 gift card from us to spend on their first purchase.

You can post your unique link anywhere you feel would work, such as on social media, blogs and websites.

Sometimes it can take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points.

If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We'll unroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued.

No, not directly. You would need to redeem your points for a voucher in your account, which can then be applied during the checkout stage.

Just contact us and we'll enroll you again. However, your point total will begin from zero.

If one item is purchased with loyalty points, the points will be refunded to your account along with any funds, if necessary. If multiple items are purchased, the loyalty points will be spread evenly throughout the order and the correlating points will be refunded according to what item/items were returned.

Your points will be deducted from your customer balance in the case of a return or cancellation.

Points are available to spend indefinitely, with no end date.

If you're on one of our higher Loyalty Points tiers, you will receive certain days throughout the year where you can earn double or triple points on purchases.

We will inform you of these days in advance, and throughout the duration stated, you can earn those extra points for every purchase.

Example: 4 earned points per £1 spent would become 8 earned points on a double day, and 12 points on a triple day!

Pedal Jungle points are not redeemable on shipping costs, only the products in your basket at checkout.

We do reserve the right to change the requirements for reaching any loyalty point tier at any time, so please always check your account for the next level requirements.

We may also change the amount of points received for any actions or purchases at any time, so again always check.

The points redeemption rate of 1p = 1 point will always remain the same.
